TOURIST INFORMATION
So you want some more information about Leipzig, or want to arrange a trip or tour, then head towards the Tourist Information Centre, they talk excellent English and can help you with just about anything. You can also find various pamphlets about Leipzig's major Tourist attractions like the wonderful Zoo, the various churches and Bach related buildings plus you can book tours of the city (either by bus or walking) so you can see the highlights in a morning or afternoon. The Tourist Information centre is located not far from the Main Station and close to the Museum, see the map below.

The Tourist Information of Leipzig is very helpful they have free maps of Leipzig and can give you details about all the basic info about sights, transportation, city walks, the tourist bus etc. There are lots of leaflets about the main sights and city events and the friendly staff informed me about the "Leipzig card" that you can buy at the office that gives you free travel on all trams and buses.
