SO YOU WANT TO PLAY AT WGT
For Bands apparently, the method for requesting to perform at the next WGT is to send your Band CV off to the address below, include
contact details, band website (and or Myspace page) and include a sample CD. Good Luck!
For DJs apparently, the method for requesting to perform at the next WGT is to send your DJ CV off to the address below, include
contact details, example set lists, where you DJ regularly (and maybe any guest slots at other festivals that you have played)
NOTE:
Every year there are approx. 7,000 bands and 2,000 DJs who send in their CVs to the festival...as you can imagine it takes the
organisers some time to get through the list. If you don't get in this year try again next. If you are asked to play at WGT you will be asked
to confirm in writing that you will attend and you will hear long before any official band announcements on the official WGT website.
